Exchanges<\/h2>\n

Items purchased online at Belle Thing are not eligible for returns; however, exchanges are accepted if you have purchased your merchandise from Belle Things store. All merchandise returns must be in their original condition\u2014unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all tags attached and intact.<\/p>\n

If the exchange value is greater than the original price paid, the customer will pay the difference. If the exchange value is less than the original price paid, the customer will receive the difference in a store credit. Once any tag has been removed, an item cannot be returned.<\/p>\n

Items not eligible for exchanges:<\/p>\n

Special Order Items\u2014if your order is delayed beyond the original expected delivery date, you may cancel your special order
\nPersonalized and dyed items
\nPerishables, swimsuits, and personal care items
\nFinal sale items
\nItems with any tags removed<\/p>\n

\nYou can exchange an item within 7\u00a0days of the original purchase price.<\/p>\n

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect\u00a0Items<\/p>\n

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we'd like to make it right. Tell us about the issue by calling\u00a01-678-907-5047 within 7\u00a0days of receiving the shipment. When you send back the item, include a note of explanation in the return box.<\/p>\n

Replacing an item
\nWe'll do our best to replace defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If we cannot send a replacement, you'll be refunded the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees.<\/p>\n
