Ms. Rachel was so friendly, nice and sweet. I loved that she had all the latest styles of dresses as well as suits. I was looking for a wedding dress that was really affordable & she immediately lead me to the perfect dress and it was exactly what I was looking for! We were even able to get my husband a suit from there with the exact color that we had been looking for! The experience was amazing. The owner was sweet and attentive to my party of five. I cannot wait to see the dresses we are having made. My daughter wanted every tiara and gloves in sight!Update: I received my dress in November 2022 about a week before my event. I absolutely hated the dress. I felt like it fit like a quilt. The material was all wrong. The alterations person agreed that the material was wrong and the dress did not need all of the layers that were added to it. It was too thick, to lay flat or hug my curves. Glad I had a back up dress on hand from Amazon. Still loved the experience just not the end product. I will know more before I go to another seamstress because we might not see things the same and I can’t expect them to know what I want even if I say exactly like the picture.

I was frantic because of my first MOB gown I had ordered off line (not from Belle Things), I never received. When I entered into Belle Things, Ms. Rachel pulled several beautiful gowns for me, the one I fell in love with of course had to be ordered. (I was nervous-since my daughter's wedding in June, 2021) So I had to order the gown in the right color and size. Ms. Rachel guaranteed that she could get the gown in. Last minute looking for a dress, and this place came to the rescue!!!! All the other bridal shops wanted me to make an appointment for weeks out, but Belle things said that she could make me an appointment in the next 30 minutes. When me and my mom arrived we were greeted by her friendly staff and she made me feel very comfortable and excited while I was there. It’s literally a one stop shop bridal store...! Rachael Is a sweetheart and patient and very helpful...had a plane to catch and needed a beautiful stunning wedding dress for my daughter..In other words a "miracle". I knew that Rachael was on key and all flowed so smoothly. Thank You isn't enough---It was a difficult week and we had expenses from another family emergency the week before--the price was extremely reasonable for all that was delivered from the heart and we left with many hugs and grateful goodbye's.. I emailed the day before stating I would be coming into her shop. She opens at 10:30. I show up at 10:40 to the open sign lit up but a note on the door stating she will be back in 30. But someone can come open the store in 5 minutes. When I call the number to see what "30 minutes" really means she says she has to take her son to college and should be back by 1pm. I drove 45 minutes out of my way for nothing.She called me shortly afterwards to apologize and ask me to give her another chance.
